Junior Chef Classes 

We offer monthly classes for various ages in this group during the school year and special programs in the summer. TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS, CLICK THE GREEN TEXT in class descriptions.  You can also book private group classes for 10-12 students!  Email us for more information on private classes.

SUMMER MINI CAMP "DINNER'S READY!"  June Session
Monday, June 23-Thursday, June 26  12:00-2:00 p.m. each day
AGES 10-15   
$175 for 4 days

*We will be working on skills such as; knife skills (dicing, slicing, matchstick, chopping), piping icing, charring corn, seasoning, browning, working with wonton/egg oll wrappers, zesting, juicing.

SUMMER MINI CAMP "DINNER'S READY!"  July Session
Monday, July 14th-Thursday, July 17th  12:00-2:00 p.m. each day
AGES 10-15   
$175 for 4 days

*Chefs will learn 4 different meals that they can make for family dinner. We will work on skills such as: knife skills, measuring ingredients, reading recipes, searing meat, sauteing, pounding chicken, zesting, cutting in butter, guess the spice, and browning butter.

Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations received at least three days before the class or camp starts will receive a class credit added to your account to be used at a future date. We are unable to offer credits for a class registration that is canceled within 3 days of the class for any reason. If you or your child is unable to attend, you are welcome to send an age-appropriate person in place of registrant, just let us know the person's name and contact information. Culinary U reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather, facility emergencies or failure to meet class registration minimums. If class is canceled, we will notify you by phone and email and you will be offered a full refund.


Take-out Food policy: Due to insurance restrictions, we do not allow students to take home leftover food (with the exception of certain baked goods.) Please enjoy your food in the studio!
